Notes:

Cinram pressing with no address on the labels. The center labels on the vinyl of this version have the track-listing centered, whereas a different, and likely earlier version pressed by Capitol has the track listing to the right. There is also another version pressed by Cinram which is almost identical to this one, but shows the distributor address on the labels.
