Mile High Vinyl does not respond to unsolicited phone calls, third-party inquiries, or off-platform contact requests. This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure secure, documented communication.

Due to a high volume of phishing and scam attempts, Mile High Vinyl is unable to respond to vague or non-specific messages, including (but not limited to):

“I’d like to inquire about orders and delivery.”

“I am interested in your product.”

To receive a response, please include clear and specific details, such as:

An order number

The exact item you’re asking about

A specific question or concern

Mile High Vinyl reserves the right to prioritize inquiries based on clarity, relevance, and active order status.

Any message determined to be a scam, phishing attempt, or deceptive third-party inquiry will be immediately blocked and blacklisted, all future orders will also not be accepted.
