Comes with a double sided notes/credits/lyrics insert which quotes Philip Blake's address to the Berger Commission into the MacKenzie Valley Pipeline in the 1970's All songs © and ℗ Hammond, Bossin 1977 except Canadian Capers, Indiana and The Boys of the Old Brigade which are © their authors. Made in Canada, 1977 / God Save the King. THANKS TO THE FOLLOWING was made with the assistance of the eight hundred or so people listed on the album. Each of them subcribed in advance, thus providing the money for recording. The mass chorus you hear on the live cuts was composed of hundred and fifty or so 'angels' from the Toronto area.
