The labels state "MASTERED BY DECCA RECORDING STUDIOS, UK" but the "▽ 420" in the runouts indicate PRS Ltd. as the source for the mastering AND lacquer cutting (as per ).  From that page: "Lacquer cuts can usually be identified by "// x ▽420" found stamped into the runout area of vinyl releases. There are occasional exceptions to that rule though: sometimes the ▽ or the "420" may be omitted or replaced by letters, or the two forward slashes may be missing."

The word ORGAN is printed on the sleeve front, although this isn't part of Saint-Saëns' title for the work.  The term "Organ Symphony" is a commonly-used "nickname" for this work and the word ORGAN most likely should have been printed in quotes by whomever printed the sleeve. See _(Saint-Sa%C3%ABns).
