However, the labels state that tracks A3 to B3 are published by Hilton Ruiz Publishing, BMI. On the labels, distribution is attributed to RCA/ Ariola International. On the back sleeve, distribution roles are attributed to BMG Records for the UK, and BMG Ariola for Europe. ℗ 1987 RCA/ Ariola International Recorded directly to two-track digital tape at 39th Street Music, New York City, October 14 and 15, 1986. Artist is identified as 'Hilton Ruiz Ensemble' on the front cover and the record labels, and simply as 'Hilton Ruiz' on the spine and the top edge of the sleeve.
