The Chess Club is a dynamic pair of guitarists from the Canadian Prairies where the long winters leave little else to do but stay home and play your guitar. Jack Semple of Regina and Greg Lowe of Winnipeg are veteran musicians who have much in common. They are virtuoso guitarists.  Dubbed "the chess club" by the late saxophonists and longtime friend Earl Seymour, the two are anything but square.
