Sleeve appears to be standard commercial release: cat # reads TGO 7000, tracklisting indicates one LP with two tracks per side. Sleeve also has mastering credit for Stan Kalina at CBS Mastering Lab, but it doesn't seem to apply to this release. Run-out etchings indicate all sides cut at Frankford/Wayne.
