Issued with a die-cut gatefold Unipak cover in the shape of a vintage television and accordingly fitting custom die-cut innersleeve with lyrics. When opened, the gatefold cover reveals credits and track listing. Label on this version does not have "Family" band name in script. Recorded at Olympic, London Canada isn't mentioned in any of the text on this release, however, we know this is a Canadian release simply by the fact that the labels state manufacturing and distribution by U.A. Records, Limited. This was a Canadian firm formed by United Artists Records as an independent company most often credited for manufacturing and distribution on Canadian issues of UA products.
