Record contains a great deal of surface scratches, along with two somewhat visibly deep scratches within the second track of side one which can be felt with a fingernail. Album plays very well based on condition. Sleeve has seamwear, a coupe indents along opening seam.

This version has the printer code 'DOF/UP/75' at bottom left rear sleeve, and handwritten signatures ('master room' and 'tone feelgood') scribed in the runouts by mastering engineer [a394112.
