Note that the front cover is a direct reproduction of the US 1958 version. As such, the gold embossed "STEREO DISC" stamp on the front cover on this version is printed and not an actual stamp.

Contains a 2-sided insert containing transcribed lyrics by Japanese translator Linda Hennrick. It appears that this insert was originally prepared for the 1980s Japanese edition (containing translated lyrics on a second insert for that version). This edition only contains the English transcriptions.
