The record sleeve contains a cutout in the top, left corner, minor splitting along the bottom portion of the spine, a dent in the top, right corner and the shrinkwrap has started to separate along the bottom portion of the opening seam and there is a pricing sticker in the top, right.

Track B4 Mixed to Monaural [a223473 appeared through the courtesy of Manitcore Records Gatefold sleeve perforated along top edge allowing it to be converted into a poster. Card stock inner sleeve has spine information, including price code, printed on spine edge.
